Pre-launch

Download AltaiPlot

The installer isn't published yet — release automation (build → sign → publish) is still in progress. Leave your email and we'll notify you the moment it's live, or check back soon.

When available: Windows installer (NSIS + portable .zip), SHA-256 checksum published alongside the download, and a note on why an unsigned build shows a Windows SmartScreen warning at first launch (we're not skipping code signing — it's a deliberate cost-staged rollout, see our installation guide).

Why does Windows show a warning when I install?

AltaiPlot's Windows installer isn't code-signed yet — that's a deliberate, cost-staged decision (EV/HSM-backed signing certificates are an expensive annual cost), not an oversight. Because of this, Windows SmartScreen shows an "Unknown publisher" warning the first time you run the installer. Here's how to get past it safely:

1Download the installer and double-click it as usual.
2Windows shows a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen. Click More info.
3A publisher name and a Run anyway button appear. Click Run anyway to continue installation.
4For extra confidence before running an unsigned installer, verify the download's SHA-256 checksum, published next to each release on the download page.
